In this 12-week Level Up Your Health and Wellbeing Coaching Program, we will be looking at where your current energy levels are and how we can bring them to a higher level by optimising your diet, exercise routines and sleep.

Would you like to take your productivity to the next level? Do you feel that you want to get more done in a shorter period of time and work smarter but not harder? In this 12-week Level Up Your Health and Wellbeing Coaching Program, we will implement simple habits into your life that will help you to become more productive and focused throughout your day. We also look at how natural supplements can boost your productivity.

FEEL MORE BALANCED
Do you want to feel more balanced even when you are juggling a million things at the same time? Would you like to be able to calm your mind instead of having it constatnly working through your to do-list and what needs to be done next? In this 12-week Level Up Your Health and Wellbeing Coaching Program, you will learn simple and easy techniques to bring more balance to your life so you can feel more relaxed and happy.
ONE-TO-ONE COACHING
In the 12-week Level Up Your Health and Wellbeing one-to-one program, we will make an individual coaching plan for you, depending on your goals. As part of the 12-week Level Up Your Health and Wellbeing program, you will get:
- 6 x 50 min online coaching calls every two weeks
- Personalised 12-week coaching plan to transform your wellbeing and level up your everyday performance
- Personalised advice on nutrition, sleep and stress management
- Meal planning and recipes
- Guided meditation tools
GROUP COACHING
The 12-week Level Up Your Health and Wellbeing group coaching program starts in January 2024. You will be part of a small group of a maximum of ten participants. The 12-week Level Up Your Health and Wellbeing program includes:
- 6 x 60 min online coaching sessions every two weeks
- Access to an online coaching platform to connect with the other group members
- Individual wellbeing transformational plan
- Healthy recipes
- Guided meditation tools
- Each coaching session will have its own health and wellbeing topic

MY STORY
Hi, I’m your Health and Wellbeing Coach Laura
I’m passionate about health, wellbeing and transformation. But it hasn’t always been this way. I have walked a long journey to get where I am today, and now I would like to help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals faster so you can start to perform on a higher level in your everyday life.
Back in the day, I thought I was living a relatively healthy lifestyle, but in reality, I had no idea what healthy was. I was following government recommendations on a healthy, nutritious diet, and also thought that instant meals and packed foods sold in supermarkets were decent sources of nutrition. I was living a lifestyle that I was always on the go either working, doing lots of sports, out partying or travelling and never took a moment to pause because I was maximising how much I could get done within 24 hours.
Eventually, I had to stop and pause as my health came crashing down after living in a house that had toxic mould and working in a building that was mouldy. I got to a point where I was suffering constantly from chronic fatigue syndrome, brain fog and I couldn’t even walk up stairs without puffing my lungs out of my chest.

After the health crash, started a long journey to recovery and I got really interested in biohacking and how you can improve your everyday performance. Within the last 10 years, I completely transformed my health and wellbeing habits. I cut out dairy, gluten, refined carbohydrates and sugars, alcohol and all processed foods from my diet. I picked up yoga and meditation to balance out my hectic lifestyle and learned lots of tricks and tools to level up my energy and happiness levels when I was feeling that fatigue was getting the better side of me. I also learned about different supplements to boost my focus and energy levels.
On top of all that, I decided to train myself to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and NLP Life Coach to be able to better coach others on their health, wellbeing and transformation journeys.
